It’s always fascinating to be a small piece of an enormous work, such as This is Reading. For months, you hear bits and bobs about the grand scheme but focus only on your tiny piece. This past weekend, we saw it all come together at Franklin Street Station.
As we continue our exploration of crime in America, Tony-nominee Maria Dizzia performs a monologue based on an interview with a veteran forensic psychologist and professor of criminal psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. The interview — conducted by Alix Lambert for her play “Crime, USA” — touches on sexual murders, crime scene behaviors, and the implications of forensics in the court room.
