It’s always fascinating to be a small piece of an enormous work, such as This is Reading. For months, you hear bits and bobs about the grand scheme but focus only on your tiny piece. This past weekend, we saw it all come together at Franklin Street Station.
In the second episode of our series on the LGBTQ community, actors Jax Jackson and Pedro Pascal perform monologues based on interviews conducted by Ian Daniel and Dan Domingues, including one with a member of Theater of the Oppressed NYC’s theater troupe for homeless youth. Also, composer Michael Friedman sings a song about Tony Kushner called “Horrible Seders.”
