2019-20 R&D member Darrel Alejandro Holnes and director Victoria Collado sat down with Melissa Crespo, a 2013-14 R&D group member, on her podcast Werking Artist to discuss Holnes’ work-in-progress, Black Feminist Video Game.
Black Feminist Video Game was presented virtually on June 24 during the 2020 Findings Series. The play—part of Holnes’ AFRIKAN•ISCH cycle— is “a love letter to black women, the ultimate one being my mother,” the playwright explained to Crespo.
